It is not intended as a site to vilify franchisors. There are both good & bad franchisors (just like there are in any other group). Recognise both.

Fairness: In the interests of fairness, posts that name a particular franchise will be edited to remove the Franchisors name until the allegations contained in the post are proven. However, where we see that multiple allegations of the same "bad" behavior are being made against a specific franchisor, we may then advise those members who have made the posts that the franchisors actions appear to be wide-spread. They may then choose to pursue their rights.
Editing & Deleting: We reserve the right to delete or edit Content at our discretion and to terminate access to or use of the Forum. As well as these rules, you must comply with the rules posted for any particular discussion group or forum.
